Staff Favorites forms have been sent to all teachers and staff. See below if your teacher or staff member filled out a form then find their form by clicking here.

These forms are also available in a binder at the front office. We do not require teachers or staff to fill these out, we appreciate your understanding if your teacher/staff has not completed one.
